This is one of the first interviews that Steven Curtis Chapman and his family have given since the tragic death of their daughter Maria in May. The Chapmans are a family with the most beautiful hearts for adoption. I heard an interview with SCC on Focus on the Family in November 2006. It was THE most pivotal thing that God used to change my heart toward adoption. I am forever grateful to this amazing family of faith.

wow.. that was just gut wrenching to watch! I tried to watch it the other night but I just couldn't get it to work on the site I was on. I think that they are showing amazing and ultimate composure for what they are enduring. and that is God honey. No one should lose a child before they go themselves. I know that God has a reason for this, and I have learned not to question life and death but in some way I sit in God's arms and thank HIM for being so big that I will never understand all of this.
I am sure that God will use this to inspire the Chapman family further and to route them to where God needs them to be for the next blessing, for the next ministry, and for the next life that is touched by their obedience to the Father. Thank you for sharing this Courtney so I could finally see it!
