Finally, Some Movement!
If you're at all keeping track of the immunization issue that I have bookmarked at the top of my blog, you would have noticed that there is at least some movement going on! December 17th is the "date of consideration." I'm not entirely sure what that means, except that at least someone in the judiciary committee is looking at the issue. Here's hoping that they sign this into law quickly and you all who are traveling soon will get some relief from the stress of all those shots for your little ones!

I agree! Those shots are brutal.
Oh I hope they change it. I hope they change it before we go on the 31st!!
It would be great not to have to worry about that.
Thanks so much for keeping us up to date on all of this. We will be traveling in late January and do not want to subject our son to all of those vaccines.

Thank you for staying on top of this!!! I can only pray they change it ASAP ~ we'd like our babies to get their vaccines after we get them home...and from a nursing perspective after they have had their titers drawn to see what immunizations they truly need ...ok, I'll get off my soap box now:)
