UPDATES!!!
A great day today!! We decided that it really isn't going to make that much difference if we request our one and only update on Ping Ping now or if we wait closer to travel. Our original thinking was that if we have her measurements right before travel, we'll be able to find clothes that fit better. Well, first of all WHO CARES?! I've decided it's all about dresses. She's a tiny little thing and even if we don't get the right size, little girl dresses are supposed to be roomy. And, well, frankly, I just want an update! Her referral pics were from when she was 9 months old and she will be 16 months old in only 9 short days. She looks so much older! And she is at least standing unassisted (she is in another shot we got of her), so that's great! She has only gained 1 lb 1 oz in 2 months which is not great, but at least she is growing. And my favorite part? I cannot WAIT to put pigtails in that gorgeous black hair of hers!! Little bows...little barrettes...Enjoy!

She is precious! I am so jealous. We asked for an update almost three weeks ago and have heard nothing yet.
I hope she brings you much happiness.
I totally don't blame you for wanting an update now. I would be the same! :-) Do you still expect to get her this fall?
She is adorable! I can't imagine how it feels to know who your daughter is. It must be incredible.

I'm with you - buy small cothes, and get the update sooner. My heart is overflowing with joy for you! And on the clothes, go at least 1-2 sizes smaller. Gracyn can still easily wear 18 months and she's almost 3.

Oh my gorgeous little precious thing! She is just so scrumptious! and you got a picture of a caretaker! What an amazing blessing to have her in your life now... well in pictures in China, but you know what I mean.
Oh I am kicking myself now for messsing with my blog because I misplaced your when it got deleted. I'm just so thankful to have found it now! I have to catch up.
Just such a beautiful little girl. Now we need that little one home. Her mama needs some pink in her life, doesn't she. ;0)
Awwww.... what a big (little) girl!!!! i know you probably miss her more now that new pictures have come- that always happens with us and Dorothy. Seems like many SN adoptions are flying faster than they did last year- I pray that's the case with you. We have friends who got a SN referral in March/April and are traveling already!
