HELP!!!

Okay, how in the world do I make my header smaller?? It's driving me crazy.

I'm no expert but have been playing with a new blogover too. If your header is saved as image, I THINK you need to resize pixels (number X number) to match the blogger template. I THINK.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!! To a mother who is always zany and fun and has no idea how to work PC's like me!!
I really have no idea how to fix the header. The first thing that popped into mind was to put in photobucket and resize it... of course I know that their is a way to do that just on the pc... but I can't remember how. sorry. I do love the blog though (kinda reminds me of my favorite mint ice cream)!
